And in 10th Trotz (#75) 25,467 $21,458,277 TG, this makes no since. If they have been purpled/ deleted, why are they still in the top ten ?

New Rule if they get purpled , make their land available for the taking, so they can't keep it .

I think it would be good if purples were still allowed to be hit by the countries that they had hit, sort of like how GDI works from country to country.

It's not quite that simple because deleted countries can be undeleted by the moderators.
