I certainly have no authority to change the newsfeed, but someone gave me a good trick recently. You can set your "minimum days since last landgrab" search parameter to before the set began, and voila your search will exclude people you've hit.

The first step is we'd need one of the third party site maintainers to commit to supporting the Conquest server if feeds were available. We would then need to make some adjustments on our side if we wanted to support feeds because we've never had feeds before for servers with multiple games (players are in game A and NPC countries are in game Z).

I think that the market and ranks feeds could be offered without negatively impacting the playing experience. I'm unsure about news feed support. Some players use it to set up alerts on their country. It doesn't really feel like a non-clan server if the guy you're ABing logs in to stonewall within a few seconds, know what I mean?

I'd be willing to write something similar to eestats for conquest if we have the feeds for it. I'm running on a cloud-managed mongo cluster with 512MB of data, so i'd only be able to store one reset at a time.

I'd also think a delay on the news feed could help with alerts. Like run updates every 15 minutes or something like that. That way users can easily search/filter news, see market data, etc. without getting immediate alerts.
