The benefits of the offensive alliance pact has not scaled with the way the game is played and is rarely used. It would be nice if the pact could be adjusted to make it valuable again.

A couple of ideas:

- Offensive Alliances boost Ghost Acres up to 3.33% based on total strength. (So if your offensive ally has 10% of your offensive strength it's .33%, if they have 100% it's 3.33).
- Increased military coordination with Offensive Allies reduce readiness cost by up to 16% per ally based on total strength.
- Offensive Alliances boost Weapons and Military Strategy technology based on allies tech levels. (If you have 110% Weapons and your allies have 120%, 110%, 105% then your weapons will be increased (.10*.20)+(.10*.10)+(.10*.05) = 113.5%
