NBK has no upper limit on how many hits a clan can do on us.

1 hit on a NBK country within 24 hours -
We retal 1 hit(1:1)

2 hits on a NBK country within 24 hours -
We retal 3 hits(1:1, 2:1)

3 hits on a NBK country within 24 hours -
We retal 6 hits(1:1, 2:1, 3:1)

4 hits on a NBK country within 24 hours -
We Farm then Kill.

- Pacted Alliances are contact only, on all hits, and decisions will be made upon contact.

- Reverse two stepping, is grabbing your country within 72 hours before hitting someone. Also if really try to take advantage of that rule, we can decide what country to retal.
Our stance is we start on, country is killeable, FA contact will be done.

- Two stepping, is attacking someone then grabbing your own country before the retal was done up to a 72 hour maximum.

- Attacking and then dropping land before retal is done. We view this same as two stepping. If you have to drop land, wait for retal first, or 72 hours.

- Retal on Retal, we don't care if you do it to us, but will respect it if someone has that policy. It is if a country has just done a retal and is then hit by a landgrab from NBK within 24 hours of said retal.

- NBK's policy on jetters, we don't care if you do it to us. Contact us by FA if you think there is an issue.

- NBK will try not to hit more then 5 times on any clan in a day, and for now will accept 2:1 on anything over 5. But this rule is subject to change, will see about changing the amount of attacks to match clan size, so smaller clans will not be hit the full amount. (Currently debating about 1 attack allowed per 30 countries, minimum 2 attacks allowed)

EDIT - Special attacks. All special attacks handled by FA. If special attack is suspected to have been done on purpose, stance start from target is killeable.

DR ends after 24 hrs, so why make it 72, that's just lame :P

It is the lack of land, not the DR why we are doing that. If I farmed my 15k acre country to 7k acres, then hit someone with it, I would expect to die.

If someone does try that, we will just retal whichever country of the farmer and the farm that we want to, or just kill the farm.

or leave the farm, and kill the main lol that will teach'm!

K4F that only works if said 7k acres country hits a country thats much larger landwise (networths similar).

not that i would do it but if someone farmed their country and then 25+ (anything after DR) hours later hit one of my countries that was similar in land (at time of hit) i wouldnt have a problem (because i could retal all my land). now if they were 15k acres then famred it to 7k then hit my 15k acre country, id agree with you im retalling whatever of thier countries i will get most out of until im satisfied.

We aren't gonna try to take advantage of any rules, I am just saying the stance beforehand, is both are guilty. We are pretty easy going though and we have never had to enforce any of these before, beyond the point of talking to an FA.

Although in general, if you self farm you should not to landgrabs that are not retals, or at least keep your self farming countries independent of your landgrabbing ones.

Well if the farm lost all its land from being farmed, Im sure the farmer one has plenty to spare :P

i'm sure in most cases u wouldnt be able to break a farmer, atleast a smart one :P
