Could you check the effect of the luck bonus, I have it quite high but it seems that I get earthquakes near every 20th turns and strikes and so on, but food boom or money print quite seldom...

Luck may be also increasing the chance of negative events as well as positive events. So in a real sense, you require good luck with it :X
