For Stones ( not just paulie) even if the other members of stones isnt hitting. They are still part of a war. If anyone has questions or anything Im sure everyone knows a way to get a hold of me.

If Salt polices any hit on a Stones country other than on Paulie's countries, those Stones countries will be added to the queue to be killed.

My war is not with Stones, it is with Paulie. But if any Stones countries decide to be part of the war, then they will be killed, too. That includes having someone police the hits on them, as well as any attacks on Natural Numbers.
