Are you aware that he grabbed me 5x one day, and 2x a couple of days later, and threatened to continue to grab my countries if I did not join his tag? Someone threatening to farm you if you don't join their tag is sufficient reason to declare war on them.
He did NOT only target untaggeds, he also targetted people in 1 man clans that he thought he could push around, much like he thought he could push my one man tag around last set when he grabbed me 5x in one day and then told me that if I took all 5 retals, that it would be war because I would be overretalling since I had already gained more land in my 1 retal than he took in all 5 attacks?
And then when I told him I would be taking all 5 retals for the 5 attacks he did on me, he declared war on me before I even took a 2nd retal. And then after declaring war on me, he tagjumped away to Swords less than a week later, and never bothered to surrender to me.
