Yeah I haven't turned on ICQ in at least a year or two.. still remember my number though!

as do I. It's bizarre. I can remember my high school locker combination and my ICQ number, neither of which have been relevant for me for several years, but when I have to tell someone my current phone number, I always have to think for a second before I can remember it.
