Yes you are right in saying most of your grabs have ended beneficially to both alliances, I won't argue that. And I won't argue that if you don't have adequate defense or keep yourself in DR you run that risk of losing a large amount of acres. That isn't what I am talking about at all.

The phobia string in your tag is a prime example of what I AM talking about. He has been being doing a lot of larger grabs on countries the past few days. There are ~15 days left in the reset and he has absolutely no stockpile. If you're doing grabs that big, this late in the reset, you are not netting, you are not wargaining (especially not without SDI, oil, and cash/bushels), you are being a fluff. If he had a stockpile maybe I would be a little less harsh, but he doesn't so there's no reason to say those hits were not malicious.

This isn't something NBK as a whole is doing, but is something their membership and leadership is doing/has supported.

Would just like to add before anyone insinuates I am butt hurt/whining I haven't lost any acres to NBK this reset. I also don't hate NBK. I did enjoy my time spent there. Your irc was the best but I'm not here on this server to war.

I think everyone has forgotten that NBK is full of netting noobs who have no clue how to net ;) You assume they are doing grabs out of malice but its really out of netting ignorance. lol

I must say that Khavic25, makes a Hell of a lot better post as far as describing what MOST of us, in NBK are experiencing in this first 'netting set' in this new game of Pang's, than I could. Thanks, Khavic..

I can only tell you, as you well know, that our crew is mainly KILLERS.. We've been warring since this server began. Some of us, have been excellent netters from back in the day. I, am not one of these. I want to make no excuses for any of us. I will say, our netting skills are rusty, at the minimum. It's been years since a majority of our crew has had the opportunity to
net. I've been learning ALL the time, this reset, and have already exceeded so many of my goals this set, I've actually amazed myself! :O) I've made 4 or 5 LG's, 2 of which were most I've EVER grabbed. I'm sure it was due to the non DR'd countries,
and I'm pretty sure after the retals, both ended up ahead.

I'm a bit ignorant, when it comes to the netting details of each step involved, so I rely om my mates in this type of game play, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. As these guys and girls remain some of the best that have ever played this game.

We currently have 410 countries to oversee, and nearly 100 of those are new members, some old vets, that have returned, and a few new players, which is great, until the farm you, or make other mistakes that all of us have made..

I can assure you that the malicious asshole NBKer who you are referring to, wasn't grabbing to be malicious exclusively. He certainly wasn't being an asshole, intentionally.
It's more like he is one, that I believe, never has netted, even in the E 2025 days. Basically, he knew land was important, and the best grabs with the least losses was what he went for. For this, I refuse to chastise him.. Many of his grabs were outstanding! And I'm sure he has learned at least as much as I have this set.
He has also posted on our boards that he realized he was partially responsible for some of the tension, very recently, and apologized to us, for his behavior. Though I believe it was not known yet, it was improper.

So please allow me to extend this apology to the server from All of us in NBK if any of us have ruffled your feathers. As it was not our goal. Land was our goal, to keep, something new for us rather than destroy, which is something we are very good at.. ;o)

Also, this member won't be land grabbing, for the remainder of this set, unless his are grabbed..

This leads me to the question:
If grabbing land at this point is so taboo, why are others still doing it, and doing a lot of it?
