Looks to me like Sol and PDM abused that bug to kill some NA people. Isn't that deletion worthy itself? :) Not everyone has the same standards for themselves as for others i guess.

Looks like they rolled back quite a bit, just did my hits on him again:

He has lot's of Population again now... only had about 1k when I first managed to get a spy op through his 1 million spies.

intentional abuse of a attack bug should 100% be grounds for deletion

you deleted people who abused the population bug a few months ago in beta testing. hell, you deleted people that didnt even intend on abusing it, but ran turns

i dont see how this is any different. one guy launched 600 chems, if thats not intent to abuse, i dont know what is

if you truly believe that mrford, and adopt a HARDLINE stance on cheating and bug abuse...

then why have you not 100% deleted the people who had knowledge of cheating from NA?

bugs, and cheating are different

and the people that DID cheat were deleted

the people that DID abuse the bug, should be deleted

i said nothing about ppl that knew about the bug, just ppl that abused it

Having knowledge of and acting upon that knowledge are two very different things Dragonlance.

Definitely irony here though. SoL FSes NA for cheating, then there are members intentionally abusing a bug.

At least there shouldnt be any whining from SOL leaders when the accounts are deleted. If there was, that might be a tad hypocritical.

nah... my first hit went through correctly.. but I got the error message continually after that.. and considering I only had 8 turns.. I was extremely suprised when I saw the news in Boxcar... cause in Earth Empires, it was not recording as using turns.

If the admins want to be hardlined about it.. then I suppose my country is going to be deleted. :(

Actually.. that might be some relief, I can stop constantly checking if NA is going to hit me next.

I didn't notice the problem until very much later.

Couldn't wait for whether the bug was actually a bug or simply an attack error. NA walls wayyy too fast.

NA got rolled back and all countries hit are now bigger than before the bug. and they even gained a country back that legitimately died. if they are still going to try to get SOL countries deleted from this, that is laughable.

MrFord you're one to speak about abusing game bugs when it comes to war, trying to justify to me that in war you should do all that you can to win and take advantage of every opportunity. My country was one that was killed last time such a bug happened and I got nothing for it apart from being mocked by your side. No one in NA was punished and nothing could be done to restore those affected but now the shoe is on the other foot you want SoL deleted and restorations?

I'm not trying to justify the actions of a few individuals, but seeing NA countries die so sweetly did make me smile inside knowing that sometimes it takes 2 years for lessons to be learned, and like I promised you I did not take part.
