i have lost ally my permanet bonus. i had over 5 in defence . now all gone. any know why?

You posted this on AT as well, but you should probably say what server in general. If you play multiple servers, did it happen on all of them?

"permanent" bonuses only mean that they aren't a single-shot deal. production bonuses like pci/food boom are spend the points, one turn sort of thing
things like defense and decay are permanent to the country, not the account. and certainly not across resets.

i suggested bonuses and unused points to carry from orig. to restart etc but that didn't get air under it.
