When IMP declared on TKO, it only took them like a month or two before they started attacking. Why do you have to be even slower than IMP, bsnake? Why do you have to outdo them at everything?

I'm curious to see how this all plays out. IMP's recent sets have been, to put it mildly, pretty uninspiring, but the last time when FoCuS did the advance DoW, IMP came ready to play.

It'll be interesting to see which IMP shows up for Bsnake's Crew v. IMP.

But you're putting me in the somewhat annoying position of defending IMP.

After all, TKO had a set where they got to netgain in peace with no threat of war because everyone else was warring each other and they put up their least impressive netting set (save last set, when they weren't netting, of course).

KA, a war clan, was decimated when hit with a first strike.

CC last set was also decimated when hit with a first strike (albeit by a much larger NBK).

IMP should be ready for war at any point, being that they consider themselves a war clan, and I would point to the last few sets' lack of success to pointing to either inactivity problems or something else going on there since it really has been a few consecutive sets since IMP has had anything resembling a positive set for them, but just because a clan SHOULD be ready for something, doesn't mean every set they'll be as successful as it seems they should.

i agree Twain... People also forget that CC were much bigger country wise and NW wise than CC...

And also they forget that at least a few/couple of us kept fighting.. IMP have just rolled over in every war they have been beaten is,just because they are still does not make them any better.

Everyone in this thread is ripping on IMP .. and you call out the smallest clan Rico? Except bsnake maybe, but obviously there is a fear factor there.

IMP is tough to defend. They suicided on pan on the very last day of the set what, 5 sets ago? Where's the fun in that

Honestly its not that simple especially with netting. That set market wasnt the best for netting. I know it wasnt our best netting effort, but markets made it look even worse.

Don't get me wrong. You guys have had, and presumably will continue to have a great run as one of the best, if not the best, netting clan in FFA. And sure, the market may have sucked, but you guys even said yourselves it wasn't a great netting performance, and the fact that your ANW dropped 20M NW in a set reflects that.

I'm sure there are reasons, as Warster said, you may have been training some new players, considering you had a very healthy 60 country jump that set from the previous, and of course the market.

Just saying. We don't always put our best sets together. I can say that personally as well. I've had some great netting sets (for me, anyway), and I've also had some pretty mediocre sets, even though I was allowed to netgain the whole time.

Heck, this is probably going to be one of those mediocre ones for me, as I'm going all-explore due to lack of time.
