ummmm. no. the clause was pact is void if you gangbang one of our DP. the was no clause to void the pact had you hit PAN, i just wouldnt have pacted you without a gaurantee that you wouldnt hit them.

It is not our fault Mercs has a big mouth and small numbers. But We fought them 1 on 1. Plus there was zero mention of Mercs as a DP.
