And the guy hit two of mine (albeit not as bad as LI's) and I had 15-20M troops and 5M tanks in each of mine, not to mention only about 4-5B in cash to try to steal. I really don't care as my countries suck this set, but this wasn't someone targeting only low-defense countries.

Warster's point is that the country could find some stock heavy low D countries, grab some stock, buy up, and continue to work his way up. Which in part was what he did but there was a fair amount of FA needed to start. We all have some D :P
