gator is sorta like pork... if you ever have a chance to eat gator ribs, go for it, they are awesome

ive only eaten squirrel once, years ago my aunt fixed some in white gravy and had biscuits with it... tasty :)

frog legs are over rated

i guess im weird because ive had those but have never had duck, lol

I have tried gator before... I loved it. There used to be a Cajun restaurant near where I lived that served up all kinds of good food. My girlfriend insisted I tried the Gator Burger. The only thing that pisses me off is that the restaurant moved about a year after going there. :(
