Short term stats don't mean much with a prepared FS vs a tag with a lot of vulnerable countries (and half the avg NW). Though that being said, not even including my stockpiles, my 16 countries have more then 50% of Imp's total NW :P

I love how every set this happens the web gets spun so out of whack. Yeah, every country tagged is active...and a maxed def and weapons tech dict at 18mil NW. lol.

And I'm guessing we aren't including Elysium, their untags, and their hidden tags in these stat measurements huh?

Meh, FS war stats don't mean a whole lot, and calling the bulk of IMP max defense dicts is a stretch, they were pretty busy this set.

erm... looks @ CC. Sees 70 countries under 10 mil NW. Me thinks not lakitu. Close but no cigar.

Had I played full turns just war prepping since the beginning of the set, I would be a lot bigger than just 20 mil NW killers ;)

but just so you know the majority of CC have hit enough to make their total kills stand at 170+ so it's not "warprepping". plus elysium was more of a netting tag so i don't figure they did much more than harm a restart every couple days?

Donny I made that in anger when llaar/bsnake killed my top 2 countries. I should have tagged it with a name like that.

I've yet to make it to this point in a set without seeing my countries killed or stock blown and hurt during war. Maybe someday. IMP is a double edged sword for me. Love that I get to fight, but always under threat of being killed out of the blue is a tough way to go about playing the game.

I see it both ways as well Sublime. Sucks sometimes never knowing who's going to jump you at any given time during the set, but on the other hand I'd be losing my mind if I spent all set war prepping like many people in other alliances this set and end up with awesome war countries with upwards of 1k missiles and never get to put them to use.
Killing untags and small tags will help your missile and kill stats, but it's definitely not as fun as getting to actually war with those well prepped countries :/
