How come if I run the automatic startup option I lose all the land CS and money my restart is giving after being killed?

auto start up is meant for countries which start at 100-120 acres and 0 cs's.

It is weird that it let you do it... cause if you play 1 turn at set start then it doesnt. i thought it would check for land difference too, but i guess it just checks turn played.

or it just bugged, last set i tried it on 1 of my restarts but it didn't work.
