Many of us are able to recognize our shortcomings in our diets but just don't have the time or energy to cook. We compromise and eat fast food, spend a little extra money, etc.
This is how I view knowledge. Most of us would like to know more about science topics. How do plate tectonics really work in scientific terms? What are the major contributors to greenhouse gasses and how much have we change the levels of carbon, methane, etc. in our atmosphere in since the industrial revolution? What the hell is a quark and what is this about quantum mechanics?
If anyone is interested in listening to experts talk about these topics and others please contact me. Audio books and audio lectures are an excellent way to prevent yourself from settling into ignorance and get that brain working again. You can reach me via forum private message. Please include some topics you are interested in in your message.
