It looked like a typo.. In bold red letters it says last 2 weeks then it follows with the 3 weeks under the same guidlines wtf should have been two different policies.

yeah so basically he got 5k acres and I got nothing out of the deal what fun is that and he had to hit me twice and got more than the 150% that it states that he can get so guess there is no benefit to LG ICN i see. An ICN country LGed me first and thats how this all began because ICN said he was inactive and didnt know that SOF was on war dnh. So apparently our policies mean nothing to you but we are supposed to honor your policies. Also the ICN country that I Retaled me stated that ICN was not responsible for his actions. How do you figure that? He is wearing your tag name and it reflects upon you. So I guess SOF should rewrite our retal policy so that it benefits us in the best way. It should read SOF Retal policy: LG=Kill or L:L 300% :) lol

you can try enfore 300% L:L but unlikely you succeed on it, many of us remember how difficult it was to get L:L policies on topfeeds at Earth2025 and today's policies would been impossible during Earth2025 time.

Syko. There are a three discrepancies with your version of what happened and what really happened.

The member who hit you in the first place is not inactive... Just new. He doesn't read AT so he's not familiar with the politics going on here. He might not have known you were at war... Mistakes happen.

Second, you were entitled to a retaliation on our member (or your police were), but your FAs said they wanted reps, not land. The agreed upon amount was also discussed by both sides... Once those were paid, the matter should be considered closed and not reason for future action against ICN.

Lastly, this more recent incident. The first retal was just over 85%. The second retal brought the total very very close to 150%. I think you might be mistakenly adding ghost acres into your equations... Which is incorrect.

All in all, at every step of the way, SOFs foreign affairs was involved in the reparations agreement and the 150% land retal agreement... Otherwise ICN would not have taken the second retal. If you have trouble with these points, my recommendation is to discuss this with boltar as he was involved with these agreements.

I hope this doesn't ruin your fine war machine... It looks like you already had a ton of fun this set. Have a good set, and happy thanksgiving.

I personally didnt want reps I wanted my land back but all our resources were being used toward the war effort. Then he bought up to an impossible RETAL and he was broke when I spied him using it all on defense. I wasnt able to come up with the resources to retal in 72 hours so I had to take what I could get. In saying that he is New and didnt know I would think it's your job to educate new players on how the game works so they know ie. ask a leader before you make a hit on a tag like normal leaders do in this way mistakes can be avoided. You are right about the ghost acres thats what I was refering too so I will give you that; ) I also dont think SoF had police this set. TURKEY DAY!!! wooohoooo!!! you enjoy yours too guy!!!

Also I thought it was xyle who worked out the deal. I thought since I was grabbed that ICN was opening the door to LGing. Therefore in my opinion making your retal policies something I shouldn't need to worry about

I worked out the deal with Boltar for the second hit. I worked out the deal with Sov for the reps. I was also the one who paid the reps in the first place, since our member was to small to FA you. No mention was made of extending the time frame, which I would have gladly done. I think Boltar and Sov thought they were being fair, and that's all that we've been trying to do all along is be fair with everyone involved.
Our retal policy has a clause that allows other clans to use our own policy against us. If we grab you during the last 3 weeks of the set, we expect you to take 150% from us. If it's the last 2 weeks, we expect 200%. We expect to be retalled according to our own policy or worse. You would have been entitled to L:L when our member hit you.
