lol I noticed that earlier. Didn't lose all though - Was left with 1 EM :D

If the loss (even 14%) of missiles is supposed to happen with a gov switch - the missiles should damage your country in regards to what type they are. That'd be cool :)

Aka, switching govs with a bunch of nukes on hand? Then the nukes go off and damage your country. Maybe not to the full affect that it would have if someone else shot it at you, but it should do some damage

It could work if you were able to diffuse your own missiles. Otherwise it is a broken suggestions.

missile market would solve that but then you would need to be able put all missiles on sale not just some amount of them like other military.
