Two that go to war constantly and a third for all the tree huggers. Players can move around in between the two war clans and the third can grow and shrink depending on how many want to net.

That's really what EE is like now except we have "politics" and "maneuvering" which makes the moves in between the two war clans less fluid. And then there are the couple of netting clans who war once in a blue moon.

Interesting idea, impossible to implement though.

For netting I'd rather see a Tournament/express mix type of server with divisions based on rankings and no special attacks or spyops allowed, no tags, no allies.

Let the best netters duke it out and the divisions reset every 2-3 weeks so you can get up or downgraded. Modify ghost acers from how they work on the other servers, make DR occur faster.

Implement a timer for retals thats standardized into the game.

Remove allies, everyone gets a equal chance, instead allow the player to put together bonuses that applies for each strategy, farmers/cashers/techers/CIs etc.

Untaggeds and spam tags will still be allowed for the remaining alliances to fight over.

The game will be pretty much unplayable, but we'll get a good mark on our grade 11 english homework!

I like the idea of death worship as a government. I'm thinking they get a special suicide attack that offers +80% military effectiveness but +500% losses

1 tag providing oil and mil units and techs for 2 wartags? needs to be quite a big tag.

Create a server where you you cannot do any kinds of LG's or spy ops or have allies. No attacks at all. Just all explore and all net. Obviously only certain strategies would work on this type of server though

syko: that's been suggested before and that server would suck, only 3 strats would be needed and 1/3 of those (techer) would be in bad condition since only few things (techs) would sell.

How is this different than what we have?

we have several tags (small to big) which war and several tags (small to midsized) which net.
