It seems the SPY, SPY ALLIANCES, MILITARY SPY ops are almost completely random and there isn't much difference in your success rate if you have better SPAL or worse SPAL then the defender. Which begs the question why I am financing a SPAL that has been over 30 most of this set and still failing 33-50% of my ops with a death of 15k spies each fail.

correction: 15k spies per fail is a worst case scenario, after thinking back most of the time I only lose 6k to 12k. [/quote]
