LOL. I like this post. Although I've found less painful ways to determine the actions to be taken.

Things I usually consider first are...

1. Can I get my land back?
2. Can I steal a lot of tech?
3. Can I harvest some stock?

then comes the ones where the guy is a fluff and deserving of more attention, then I consider these...

1. Can I blow up the vast majority of his jets? hereinafter referred to as "pulling teeth A".
2. Can I defuse his missiles? hereinafter referred to as "pulling teeth B".
3. Can I run off most of his troops? hereinafter referred to as "punking".
4. Can I level his lands? hereinafter referred to as "Rapid Urban Renewal"

Then we go on yet further if he has clan mates who are likely to attack me, then I start harvesting the lands of those close by in my scores list, and start in on killing the countries larger than I to let them know that supporting a douche-nozzle isn't a good idea and perhaps they need to reevaluate their player for starting a fluff storm, if nothing else. LOL

But this post is a good one and I like it except for the darts part, throw a dart at me and you just might have a problem on your hands being in violation of your health care plan.
