On a forum like this, most would assume sausage = fluff talk. But no, i have been craving a big juicy, long and oily sausage for a few days now. And most in chat would concur i have been waiting for sausage talk.. and now, tonight i will devour a good sausage.

Maglio Sausage is the best commercially prepared sausage available. Not sure how widespread it is, but they make the best Italian Sausage. If you stuck in a place without good Italian Sausage, I feel badly for you.

The absolute best sausage in the U.S. is made in the Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia by Martin Brothers. They have all sorts of sausage. And all of it is delicious.

such sexually minded folks around here. Genuine post was about sausages, i went to some markets on the weekend and tried an amazing sausage in a roll with onions and some sauce i think it was Boerewors but it was chunkier, dunno anyways ive been hanging for it ever since.

I shot a wild hog last month and its currently waiting to become sausage. I can think of no greater way to honor any of mother natures creatures that to grind them up with assorted spices, stuff them into their on intestinal membranes and smoke them over a hickory fire.
