naw, there have been 3 or 4 cases like this over the last 5 years.

The reason why you dont' know about them and they weren't worth "mentioning" is because they thus far have always managed to catch them before the implementation stage.

I'd rather them continue to catch them early than wait until it turns into something "worth mentioning" by others.
