oh, goodness ... like NWN :)

Currently Control Wizards and Rogues are over-powered as far as DPS.

Great Weapon Fighter (arms warrior) looks awesome with a huge sword but i'm not sure about dps stats, survivability.

Guardian Fighter (the tank) unfortunately has received flack for not being a good class for raiding. He can't hold aggro for the dpsers.

Lastly, the cleric (healer), which right now has a spell that allows it to tank somewhat. Raiding parties are consisting of wizards, rogues, and clerics, and less tanks ironically.

With that said, the classes need some work.

Soon they are releasing the Ranger (archer) class and I believe the warlock.
