I am continuing this reset under protest...

I understand spal plays a big part in success as it has but I have 165 spal and an equal ally to my spies and I have had 36 CDs on me and not 1 has failed...regardless of the opponents spal at leat 1 should have failed.

The spy formula is inconsistent at best and needs reform.

End rant.

Confirmed. fluffs whack. Failing 2 regular spy ops on someone with 1/2 your spal and 1/3 total spies should not be possible on a regular basis yet it is

Perhaps you should not try to mess with the MUCH bigger spal that is messing with you then mdevol ;)

Well before that country dropped 7/10 of its land it was a reasonable spal. I'm not complaining about that just that its stupid that other countries like pain who have double my spal fail on reg ops just to obtain it yet this guy does 38 CEd and doesn't fail 1. Its like mehuls formulas but more incosistent

today i dirty op'ed a country 25/26 times.. mind u i had higher spies and higher land.. but still more then 1 should have failed. and of that fail.. it was after i did 14 straight successful

i haven't done any harmful ops but plenty of normal ops and under 5 has failed.

That country is me and I dropped half my land. I'd still have been able to do anything I wanted to your country without that. I just decided to make double sure ;)
