also vic, that guy in 25 dr will be out soon enough. if he's not a newb or up to no good. it's actually very strange how much he's being hit, even if he is 0 defense it's still strange to see someone get hit that much. anyway i think running 0 def and living life in DR while top feeding has been explicitly forbidden and deleted for in the past. it is "purposefully putting a country in DR"

topfeeding is allowed, even 0 def topfeeding is allowed on other servers. on express 0 def becomes DR abuse. it has been deleted for already in the past.

Back when I ran my FREE LAND 1JET PS countries, I was told by both a mod and an admin that I would be fine as long as I did not grab anyone while deep in DR. I haven't looked at the news, but from what I'm reading here, looks like he's ripe for deletion.

That's a pretty stupid rule. What happens if multiple people grab you? Do you just sit there looking like a parking lot?

Fix the game, not the player.

Unless a country is purposely putting itself in DR, it wont be grabbed to the point DR is deep.

No style of play uses a zero defense/insignificant defense strat since it would entice other countries to farm it to the ground.

Unless that style of play is inviting hits on purpose to get lots of dr, to be exploited on countries that do not have a fair chance of getting land back. Which is unfair thus illegal.

this is a game so anybody can do what he wants.
