SEM begins to receive FA from MD,PDM,LCN,RAGE (war starts to even out, but if they continue to receive FA constantly, it will eventually lean back towards SEM.


A seesaw war is much more entertaining than a heavily one sided war where the other side is destined to be destroyed. Lets have fun !
