I'm not sure what's pissing me off more this set - the captchas ever time I log in from ANYTHING, or the number of countries with full Off- and Res- allies.

Funny how none of the OA abusers I've reported have been delted yet, Serp - are you sure it's a deletable offence, or is that just wishful thinking?

A lot of top feeding going on, including Seth running a tyrant top feeder for extra pain. I must say though, I think there's better ways to gain 1000 acres than this:

Or the fact that 2 years after this was brought to qzjul's attention he hasn't removed/fixed them. Speaking of the top feeding going on, hopefully the offenders get topfed heavily. Put that obnoxiousness to good use.

well, if the admins don't do anything and folks continue to abuse OA and leech techs off tech alliance, then there's nothing much that we can do. All I can do is to leave those people off my govt top NW list at the end of the set (if they make it to the list) since nobody acknowledges them.

Oh I was just learning last set. I didn't realize until late on last that the stats website keeps track of all the hits for me. So, I don't need to hit random people, I just wait for failed spy ops and a farming from a GDI member netter. A retal from someone who has hit me once opens themselves up to unconventional attacks.

So while I am all explore, I am not passive.

However as a dictator, my goal would be to incite disgust, discontent and despair. With a couple of like minded intel allies and some like minded offensive allies, It could quite fun in an evil sort of way.

I didn't do any spy ops but I'm guessing #103 didn't drop his defense, but rather just quit playing. I don't think #191 will be deleted for catching on and attacking him a lot of times.

103 has been inactive for quite a bit judging from the amount of turns that was spent. As to 191, he is just taking advantage of the situation to farm him. Unlikely that there were prior arrangement. Just my 2 cents.

Oil is getting expensive again and this is only the start. There are only a few oil producers out there. And so far only 1 medium sized one and growing.

I think oil is going to be very very expensive soon. This is going to hurt a lot of countries looking to grow.
