No! This is all really a secret plan for RD to infiltrate every other alliance in the game and control everything! They even purposefully logged in from the wrong account/IP and secret RD colors are the ones who alerted pang to it! The entire RD tag deletion is just a cover making other alliances feel bad and then to invite/accept more RD'ers into their clans.

In another year RD will control everything!
