galleri or soviet, whoever needs the win more (they'll know :P), you did bullets. what i was missing the whole time was the settings option FOR the samsung keyboard- the little gear looking image to the right of it..

sometimes i even amaze myself. either way, i believe this has worked despite my seemingly best efforts :P thank you (but i am typing this at home, so who knows..)

tella, i'd suggest asking galleri to consult with soviet.. i've had positive results ;)

yep, if anything this give incentive to early wars. once a country is stocked its pointless to kill it because it retains the stock.

it also makes walling MUCH less important.
