I know Crippler well enough that I highly doubt he's trying to contract out a hit on PAN.

I wouldn't be surprised if ICD comes after PAN in the future based on this set, but I would be surprised if they break a pact or try some ridiculous workaround to accomplish it.

There is a good chance ICD could build goodwill for coming sets based on action this set.

CC/Timmy, though, lost whatever little they still had breaking the CF, and would be no more than suiciders after this.

The CF wasn't broken, countries that hit PAN were either never in ICD or detagged from ICD far before the minimal 72 hour time period. Neither did the TImmy tag pick on a defensess tag either.

RB, if clan A and clan B wars. A cf is agreed on. 72h passes and then some from clan B change name to clan C and then attacks clan A.

Isnt that a break of the cf?

As I see it this situation, no the CF wasn't broken. This wasn't a case of clan B begging for a CF and then jumping ship to clan C just to clan A 72 hours later. Clan A asked for CF first and even after that, there was much time after 72 hours passed that clan C hit a part of clan A back.

The fact is, CC/ICD members detagged to join mercs to hit panlv, a clan they just cf'd with, and when that didn't work out for them, they detagged and joined TIMMY to try their hand at it again, and that failed. Maybe you guys should learn that breaking unaps and trying to get around CF's are bad for you?
