I agree with this basically. But the point of inefficiency is about 1100 to 1150 turns generally if you are at 13,000 + acres.
If I had less than that I'd probably attack some more to over 1200 turns, or I might get into a scrap with someone.
For a rep casher your tech target is just as important as the land target. I like to be at well over 170% bus res at turn 1150 if possible. Last set I was really lucky buying tech and I had 175% bus res from around turn 1080 with 14,600 acres. I was cashing at turn 1120 and stocking bushels at $36 and turrets at $115. I could absorb the retal by Orjuwan and luckily bounce the retal from Kambeng and still end at $24m NW
just build construction sites and stockpile from the start. change your government to commie and play the markets buying and selling stuff. buy high and then sell low and you're customers will be happy and come back more.
