If you're saying about Primary, then yes, that counts a RoR, you broke GDI.
If you're taking about Alliance, then no, that hit is considered as a new hit.
If top 10 can multi-tap smaller players, why can't top 10 be multi-tapped? I think those who multi-tapped others are at risk.
Anyone is free to do whatever they please. If you're looking for a win in Primary, topfeeding isnt going help.. however if you're just here to have fun and destroy the t10 countries set, you're doing well! keep it up!
I think landgrabbing from countries in your scores list is the way to go in this game. Your returns are much higher, and mostly the players that transfer over here from alliance make excellent targets, trained as they are in alliance ethics and strats. :)
But, I must caution you about one thing, should you decide to hit any of my allies more than once, I'm going to go off on you. :)

It's a strategy to help decide who's going to win, who isn't. Top feeding isn't ideal for netting but it's fun. And despite the war, Serp is indeed a good player!

It was indeed sarcasm. With top feed like that it's only a question of time before somebody gets pissed off. This time was serp, I'm surprised black didn't do the same. Anyway, if the objective is to have an interesting set irrespective of the finish then it works....
