To explain Marshal's post some:

Earth Empires has been around since late 2009. As for Utopia, that was bought by a gaming company and beyond Earth 2025 and Utopia originally being created by Mehul Patel, the revamped Utopia has zero connection to Earth Empires now.

Jolt eventually turned Utopia into "Utopia Kingdoms" and I hear it was awful. I'm not sure if the players/recreators of utopia at utopia-game.com got the code from Jolt but they did a great job with it from what I remember

Na. Open a few tabs for the War Room with varying decreasing breaks and maybe 1 for readiness depending on your strat/gov and you're good to go.

If you're struggling with a 3g connection or bad reception/wireless, then that's an entirely different story.
