What is the best way to spend bonuses? My thought is that turns are the limiting factor, so spending bonuses to gain turns is ideal.

4 extra turns for 60 days is 240 extra turns. If I use those teching, I feel like it would outweigh the other potential benefits.

Thoughts?

what server? if express then besides free gdi turns, otherwise expenses/building cost/pm regen.

what about decay reduction? is it useful?

my opinion no but many say its nice. still not worth in express since set is so short.

all the long term stuff is good early IMO.

its not big diff if decay reduction is at 10% or 0%.

how do bonuses stack with tech? say if you have 95% military costs after tech with -15% bonus reduction, is the 95% a 95% of (100-15)=85% or is it a direct 5% reduction on top of the 85%, which means that your military costs in this case will be 80%?

resource decay lowers bushels lost to decay and money lost corruption if has over 2b bucks in hand when using turns and expenses lowers money lost to upkeeping land, military, etc and pm regen increases replenishment rate of priv. mkt units.

none of bonuses lowers military costs anywhere.
