Yeah. But passing judgement and punishment is not. Last I checked their job is to cite and arrest people for breaking the law, and then for the judicial branch to give them a fair trial and decide their punishment. Last I checked anyways. Maybe I'm crazy and these dudes are actually supposed to choke people to death over a 20 dollar bill. That's not the way I read the laws of the land tho.

This protest is about the brutal ways in which officers execute their duty. People were in the surrender position. You dont RIP their masks off to tear gas them more. You arrest them. It's not like...complicated.
