I just dont feel like making the mistake to have a teen pregnancy should literally destroy your chances of eating tho. What separates us from a third world country is literally billions and billions of dollars but income disparity has never been worse.

There's clearly a way to restructure taxes to benefit small or struggling businesses and paying for it with a wealth tax or incentives for staying domestic. I dont even think the burden should fall on the business, and frankly doesnt have to if small business taxes are adjusted to assume higher wage workers. It will generate more income tax for the government anyways so it's easy to see how to offset incentives.
