you can never have enough defense especially when i can buy up to 16 mil jets a day. Right now, i might hit a commie for more land but i'm at the borderline where i'd rather hit a republic for less land but a few huundred bus/res. It costs me over $22mil to build 100 buildings and about 4.5mil to tear down 100 buildings. So I'll take the additional 500-800k jets lost to not have to build/tear down a few hundred buildings. Not only does that save me lots of cash, it also saves me turns that'll make more a whole lot more cash.

i was thinking of LGing you because you are one of those perfect targets i look for. Even if you blow your stock to retal me, it's still not enough. If you do that, you just increase the land you give me because of your higher net.
If you can make a successful hit, you can only make 1 and you'll have a hard time just buying oil to make a second hit lol. You spent your bonus on defense which is a bad idea.
I'm not worried about your missiles because there's very few :)

So you have limited choices.
1. blow stock and jet up which you are still about 5-10mil jets short to break me.
2. Wait for me to make a second hit, buy 3 million tanks to AB. But I know what you capable of because my 2.9mil spies bullies your 600k spies. If I multitap, which will be more like 2x hits per day til humanitarian protests, I will have 2.75mil tanks :)

It's not luck that people don't retal me. I know my risk/reward when i analyze a spy op :)

Yes there are peeps that can break me, but that's if they gave up on their set just to make 1 retal. Are you ready to give up on your set?

if you're trying to avoid getting LG'd then there's a few things you should do.

1. Maintain good defense
2. Unless you're on top, leave enough cash to show that you can retal instantly for 3x acres they got from you.
3. Boat loads of missiles so that DT is not an option for the person attacking you.
4. Not invest in defense bonus unless you're a dict. Invest in defense as a rep is a noob mistake.
5. Stay in the top 25
6. Have enough land where if i LG you then it wouldn't hurt your productions that much. That's why i only LG commies with land below 32k. A 40k+ acres commie can jet up quickly enough.
7. Have a spal of 30. That way, i might think twice about farming you as that you shoot up your spal too high and you can bomb my jets/buildings/banks.


The only thing you're doing right is that you have a small stock of cash. But even if you can buy 20mil jets today with that money, you're still about 10mil jets short in a successful attack against me.
Sorry braden, i really could farm you and probably get away with it right now. Maybe, a nuke or chem will get through but i don't mind losing 2-3k acres/buildings while probably gaining 10-15k.

you aren't the only one. but you could do that same thing to other cashers with less defense. so unless you'd do it to bother me, there are better targets aren't there?

There are cashers with less defense but with less land. They also have much more missiles. I'm not kidding when i say you are the best target. You should know by now that the only way for a rep to survive is to outgrow other governments. Look at the rankings.

Doesn't necessarily have to be the ability to suicide - showing the ability to suicide on a whim deters double taps on you.

But what you need is to show the ability to retal - that deters the very first tap on you to begin with.

the other day, i tore down 1200 IC, then i rebuilt it as IC instead of residential lol I did that 3 times already this set.

I used to have a droid with the 3.7 in screen. Now i'm on a droid x2 with the 4.3in. It makes a huge difference. A lot less mistakes.

Just staying in top25 will deter all attackers except topfeeders and retals. Keep up and stay ahead or with the front pack and you're fine.
