I find it somewhat pathetic that RAGE can't retal 445 properly. Its called teamwork. 3 O allies, everyone pumping jets for 48 hours and I would hope you could break anyone in the game. When someone is sitting at 22k land and continuing to hit you I don't see why you wouldn't invest your time and energy into defending your tag in that way. At least make an effort haha.
Hell, if he has attacked you six times in 72 hours, you can bounce 6/8 retals on purpose to lemming him down if you have to and come back 24 hours later when DR wear off.
All that said, what Rage is doing is actually making a decent point, as annoying and childish as it is.
Pretty sure with these tech prices he makes more per turn than 4 Rage countries combined.

Trolling aside like I said the difference between switching at 3m and 30m is huge with both at 14%. You're encouraging people to hold more military with less expenses but when the switch losses start jumping at 12m net you have people still trying to stay under that.
With lowered military expenses meaning people hold onto more military shouldn't this be changed as well? Or even removed all together. The difference between a 14% loss on a 3m net country is a lot different than a 14% loss on a 30m net country.
Techers have always stockpiled as demos.

Demo/Casher almost makes as much as a Rep/Casher and Demo even has the 0% tax bonus.
Torment last set the food market peaked similarly high and stay in the 50s for a while. I still managed to stock 911m food and my country was pretty crappy.
