Everything should be working except for the defense calculation of saved ops. I need to start a new game round to fix that. Features of the advanced ingame search:

* 28 different search parameters
* pulls in data from your clan's saved spy ops
* automatically filters out dead countries, countries under protection, and human countries (on the Cooperation server only)
* saves the parameters from the last search and uses those values as the defaults for the next search
* displays up to 100 results in the specified sort order
* you can click on a country name in the search results to easily attack it
* you can click on the defense total in the search results to view the saved spy op

Please try it and let me know what you think. This same UI will eventually be rolled out to all game servers.

We already have "all-X servers". My understanding of the complaint is that servers get boring when both the explore rate is low and grabbing isn't practical for political or other reasons. I don't view increasing the explore rate as a good way to solve that problem (it arguably makes it even worse).

Scenario:

Country 1 is a democracy with $20 M cash and a standing order for 1 million oil up a price of $103.
Country 2 has $1 B cash and 3 standing orders for 1 million oil up a price of $102.
1 million oil arrives on the market with a price of $100.

Old behavior:

Oil is allocated based on timing of the creation of the standing orders. It is possible that country 2 would buy all of the oil and country 1 would get none of it.


New behavior as of Change Set 25:

Oil is evenly divided among orders when possible. Round 1 of buying:

Country 1 order 1 can buy up to 250k oil. It buys 200k oil and runs out of money.
Country 2 order 1 can buy up to 250k oil. It buys 250k oil.
Country 2 order 2 can buy up to 250k oil. It buys 250k oil.
Country 2 order 3 can buy up to 250k oil. It buys 250k oil.

Round 2 of buying:

Country 2 order 1 can buy up to 16667 oil. It buys 16667 oil.
Country 2 order 2 can buy up to 16667 oil. It buys 16667 oil.
Country 2 order 3 can buy up to 16666 oil. It buys 16666 oil.

I assume by "all-X servers" you mean tourney and team? We don't really want to have "all-X servers". Those playing environments don't sound healthy. I also want to address the bot land inflation that we've seen in Express and Alliance. So there are no plans to make this change at this time, but players who really want higher explore rates can invest in the luck bonus as Tertius said.

I added a forward lookup in the country search results. It only finds the next country, if it exists, and doesn't search recursively.

I assume that this meets the primary need?

I plan to change the "Your country was destroyed because it was deleted for rules violations." message to include information about the suspected rule violation. That should make it more efficient for players to communicate with moderators on their appeal if they feel that the deletion was done in error.

Can you clarify where this feedback is coming from? I don't see any deletions on your game account over the past five years. We already have an ingame appeal workflow built into the game. Players should use that instead of trying to hunt down game mods. Is this not working?

No, allowing deleted countries to show up on final ranks means that a cheater could win even after being deleted. You can view the country owners of dead countries after the round ends by creating the right url: https://www.earthempires.com/express/753/ranks/91
