But we were being attacked by a clan a third again our size, and that war you fellows had enough time to build up massive missile stocks. Imp starts out as double Focus's size.

Not gonna say for either case, but imo the side that has the advantage should not resort to cheap things to win, however if you are losing, you gotta do what you gotta do.

But it costs them some satisfaction. War is all about moral, you know that :P If it was just who had more countries, or who had most missiles, would be obvious before war started who would win.
Even if you are losing to the point where everything seems lost, the only thing you can do that even bothers attacking countries is to delete it a few seconds before it is dead, then I would take it :P (Make you feel that you cheated the opponent, and make the opponent feel cheated, a small moral victory none the less)

I dunno,we really have a different view of war then.
