Well you have two options in this case: You can submit a request to be safelisted, or you can make sure your cousin never uses the same computer to play.

also why would you have "got onto" your cousin about anything? if he is really a new player and this was really legit, why would you have to get into him about anything? doesn't make sense.

cable i also think it's rather telling that he had his "cousin play on his phone" while jayr played from the computer... then waited until they got deleted ... THEN tried to get safelisted after the fact. lol.

well, it makes sense if you think you don't need to bother with safelisting because you're playing from different devices/"locations". if they really were the same person couldn't he have easily just played one account always on the comp and one always on the phone and never gotten in trouble? is that not perhaps what some cheaters may be doing now?

a few things to that blid -
if they didn't bother with safelisting don't you think it was likely they allied up and coordinated together on solo servers?
especially given jayr's history?
safelisting is NOT just for the benefit of the players who play in the same vicinity, but it is also more importantly a safeguard against that sort of foul play.

so it is not ok to play in the same house, play on the same server, ally up, and not be safelisted imo.
if it's legit, they should be safelisted.

also, imo someone either doesn't know about safelisting and they can be ignorant to it all and that's fine and fair, but to know about it, and be playing in the same house as your cousin, and to not attempt to get put on the safelist - well that's bad for the issue above - they likely allied and coordinated on solo servers, and it really points to cheating in this case

Even doing one from the phone and one from the computer all it takes is one slip up ie; "checking the forums wont get you deleted."

Playing as 'yawn'. I will admit I have cheated in the past and been caught. This time around no cheating and still frozen - maybe because I put a bunch of orders for tech at 1750? I dont think I even got any.

Actually I believe them because I know them. KrisG is my Xbox buddy and Jayr is his cousin and they do live in the same house (God bless the other poor souls in that house) and while they are both douchebags, they are indeed two different people, playing on two different systems, in the same house.
