Well in Tournament GDI is shoved on the players, weather you like it or not ! So I save my bonus's and because I like to play theocracy's, and they pay double GDI, costs. So why pay that penalty because of the government I chose to play ?

Ya, I got suicided outta top 3 with 1bil on hand and started farming everyone in top 10. I grew to around 25k acres easy, I regret nothing. I dont play tourney though amma start though. Barely tried theo for the first time this set, looking to master the strategy, since I usually go killing players with tyranny, people dont usually mess with me when I do. If I net I get suicided unless I GDI, I always forget though.
