Of course you can, but its inefficient to do so. If you want to optimize your output and networth, its not a good idea to mix buildings that dont support your strat.

Someone should take over Robs techer slot if Rob gonna go all Karl Marx on us for a while. I'm a strat juggler so I'm not doing techer this next set, and thats like 6m tech points less in ciculation+ I'm gonna buy probably about 3m tech points so thats -9m tech that someone gonna have to fill in.
