I think near 250 is correct peak amount,
I was bootcamp leader when we had about 150 "stabile" members and we got over 100 bootcampers which was really hard. There was two bootcamp divisions and 4 or 5 advisors in both division. Anyway most of them got tag after proof of activity and being "real" person, but almost half were passive after tagged.
Could you check the effect of the luck bonus, I have it quite high but it seems that I get earthquakes near every 20th turns and strikes and so on, but food boom or money print quite seldom...

Santa doesn't need oil. Reindeers are just for some fun and the sledge is more like space ship / time machine, not oil needing old technology motors.
His harem is also at the safe place, you got only some old orchs which are used for dirty work like cleaning reindeer azzez. You can keep them. Its very easy to get more of those.

at the beginning of the party all three knows all the others. But finally, because they have so great party, they start to talk with bottles and lamps and doesn't recognise each others and then they have some fight and even their mothers doesn't recognise them and when they talk with the toilet seat and want to present themselves they don't remember who they are and just shout GEOOOOOORGE!

I started again the tournee and somebody did several GS against me at the day when I came out of protection... Nothing really happened, I lost some bushels and civs, but they really ment anything at this part of game, but I guess I have target for whole reset ;)
