Stories are probably both in the history of this forum.

I was shot in a situation that had nothing to do with me. Broke my femur. Sucked. I'm fine now.

I was in a RZR100 Turbo rollover at speed, sliced my knee open about 4 inches, could see my knee cap. Stitches and I was fine.

All a long time ago. 10 and 3 years respectively at least.

Damn, this thread reads like one 15 years ago, on a clan division board. I miss the grand times this game was full of massive and tutor programs, and your teacher was yout division leader.. Upload those statuses!

Now a new player is either a nick changing trouble maker, or someone who joined at the wrong time and has no hope of tutoring and will likely ragequit from consequences of violating clan rules they know nothing about.

I never ran multiple strings, I just ran KRs with people with multiple strings. fluffing gotta set up an hour or 2 early with 500 or so targets in a notepad with missile targets in another. Run new targets every 10 seconds or so. Fun times.

I have a P320 V-TAC that I put a Romeo 1 Pro on. About $1,200 into that gun pre pandemic.

I also have a M&P Compact 2.0 that I love as well.

I'll pick the P320 every day, but they arnt in the same price range the way I have them built.

Only guns I still shoot are my Ruger 10/22 backpacker, a S&W M&P .22 compact that I bought just so I could still train with a pistol the same size ad my EDC but cheaper ammo, and my Mossberg 930 SPX 12ga, usually shooting cheap #7.5 or #8 bird shot just to have fun.

The rest are in the safe till either this fluff calms down, or I lose them in a boating accident.

I calculated Biden's $200 tax on guns and magazine plan. Would cost me $9000. Lol, no thanks.

I have to say, the only bright spot in all this is watching Californians fluff about their state gun laws, like the mandatory 10 day waiting period. Bruh, you voted for that fluff. Imagine living in a state that requires ammo to be shipped to an FFL. Hilarious.

Honestly the ammonshortahe was a perfect storm. You had covid that shut down all kinds of manufacturers. You had the riots over the summer that saw stockpiles and 7 million new gun owners. And it was also an election year.

I reload my brass, and components are hard to find. Thankfully imnstocked up on primers.

as of now I have:

2k rounds loaded of 5.56/.223, 7.62×51, 9mm, .45, .38 special, and .357

4k assorted 12 gauge

20k asorted .22lr

about 500 each of 7mm mag and .270

With current ammo prices, I don't wanna shoot anything but .22lr And even then, .22lr used to be ~4cpr. It is now 25cpr. fluff is crazy. I miss full range days.
