Prime thinks ratski and maj1 are the same person. I've read there's some heckin valid crack being sold as of late at the pipe is red hot. He/they are banned across all servers until prime quietly, in a pm, admits that ratski and maj1 are not the same person. Until he gets around to that we pretend that collusion is a system-wide permanent ban, even though clans share info and targets in solo servers on the regular. Yeah they went full retard on that guy. Talk about abusing power. I watched players who openly bragged about griefing and ruining like a dozen sets. Chased multiple talented players away. The mods couldn't give a fluff. It took weeks of pressure until a senior mod came in and temporarily "solved" the issue because they refused to. I counted many excuses but ultimately they gave no fluffs and pretend it was somehow TEKNIKLY not abusing the player base or the rules. Careful though, if you critique their selective modding you get banned or they simply delete the post. Almost like guilty people might cover up evidence of conspiracy theories.

How many times do people have to tell you that your favorite made up word of “griefing” does not violate game rules?

Coordination, which is cheating per the game rules in express is actually a warrantable offense. One which Ratski was warned about multiple times per the mods post.

Declaring, with pride, that you were going to farm any and all players you deemed "low D n00bs", with multiple land grabs as a "lesson" is what we refer to as a form of griefing. You were pretty clear that you were setting the table to be farmed/killed yourself, which happened nearly every time. If you aren't playing to win but rather to teach people a lesson, that's player abuse and what led to sanctions. Your slimy ghetto defense lawyer approach worked on gal and prime for some time. Then someone else took over and called it for what it was. You still trying to defend the "low D, haha just helping players who are fluff bot farmers, neh neh, boo hoo, buy D" bullfluff? You are the definition, and that can't be sold as anything but.

In this instance the colluding countries weren't purpled until about 30 minutes were left in the set, after all damage was done, mostly because the mods were spotlighted and had no choice.

To be fair the players here are very antagonistic to the mods from what I have observed since I have returned. They are only human and people are going to get defensive and standoffish if you come at them like that. It creates a self feeding cycle where both sides assume the other is on some bs and just trying to attack them. Not a productive way to engage with a person if you really want them to respond in a positive manner.

Some of the players are antagonistic towards the mods because they are given charge of a game server to monitor closely to be sure it runs smoothly, by the rules and assures that all players have an enjoyable experience based on playing said server according to set rules. When these mods ignore or can't be bothered to perform their duties regarding playability of the server they are assigned, then some or all of the players participating tend to suffer. When players spend days, sometimes week's worth of effort and serious issues rise, with no response from the assigned mods, or dismissive™ passive aggressive posts, this tends to foster antagonistic sentiments.

Well, for starters don't admit to being friends with the player you are accused of colluding with, like Bayrock and jiklo. Rotate your targets to avoid spy DR and it's that easy. Bots don't retal or cry in the forums. Using spies to steal oil is something I've never tried mostly because I build rigs early for when the market is skimpy. The oil market eventually opens up, and standing orders are always met. I get ratski doing these ops but for someone who can hit 21 mil NW should know that harmful ops against a human player, when there are bots who give same results, is going to mean trouble. In-game would be my preference (missile dump), but some Karen's prefer talking to the manager. To each their own.

I've got nothing against stones clan. I used to romp with some of them on Mars. They are a crew and had to back lines. He double tapped me and became a dumping site for my missiles. I run without a tag so I expect to get hit. But I don't take fluff and gave him notice. I did trash #10 but only because he/she was most powerful target I could tackle given my build and resources. Lines will hopefully do better next set, otherwise Stones would be wise to drop him.

Low defense is not a programming flaw. It is human error. I do agree on the bias. Unfortunate, but not uncommon when some of these players have been friends 20 years and shared dik pics.
